The team at Ramos Waterproofing did a wonderful job sealing our crawlspace, treating for mold, and installing a dehumidifier. We can already feel the difference and have much better peace of mind too. They were prompt and efficient and performed very high quality work. Highly recommend!
Cesar and his crew were fantastic! I needed a sump pump, vapor barrier and 4 strong posts. They arrived at 7 am the 1st day and went right to work under the house- I was working in the middle of the house and did not hear anything-. They finished up by 10 the 2nd day and actually cleaned up after themselves! We have had several hard rains since they were here and they crawl space is dry and the sump pump is working great.

This is a great basement sealing and waterproofing company! I noticed them in my neighborhood earlier in 2022 and watched them do a great job at a neighbor's home. I was impressed and asked them to look at my basement and give me an estimate. They came by the same day and did a complete basement inspection and them gave me a detailed estimate/quote on the next day. They gave me time to get my money together (just saying) and they came out just after July 4th holiday and did a thorough job in my crawl space. They removed all the old nasty batt insulation in the floor, cleaned and lightly sanded the floor joists, leveled the soil in the crawl space so it is flat everywhere, put down thick white heavy gauge vapor barrier that they extended over halfway the walls, sealed the walls with Styrofoam and sealed the vents, they used batt insulation along the rim board between joists and really sealed gaps well. They installed a dehumidifier and routed condensate away. My wife says the crawl space is so clean, she wants a door in the kitchen floor to go into the basement and hangout - we were kidding, but the work they did is that clean. Here's the best part - their quote was HALF of the other basement specialists and they used the same products. Here's the other best part, this company brought in a team of folks at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and the whole job under a 2-story home that is 1800 square feet was done by 4:30 that afternoon. Here's the most best part - this is four months later and my first floor is the warmest it has been in 5 years! Here's the last best part - I struggle with allergies and I have been able to breathe better in my own home since the crawl space has been sealed and the work done so completely. Ramos did a n amazing job with my damp, dirty, musty, and moldy crawl space. They converted it into a space is not dark and creepy and doesn’t cause my asthma to flare up everytime I open the crawl space door. They were on time, friendly, and cleaned up everything and even hauled extra things I had laying around off. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. Very professional.
