Basement & Crawlspace Waterproofing

If your crawlspace is not properly waterproofed you run the risk of having moisture problems develop in your space. These moisture problems could affect the foundation of your home, leading to further mold and mildew issues or even allow termites to enter your crawlspace or basement.

Our Waterproofing Process

An interior drain is installed inside the crawlspace along the perimeter walls. A trench is hand dug along the perimeter and a 4 inch slotted-corrugated pipe is installed. The trench is then filled with washed stone, around the 4 inch pipe. The drain system collects water or moisture from various sources around the entire crawlspace to keep the crawlspace free of standing water.
